I have two ornate bichirs. one is about an inch longer than the other, and has a more rugged look to him. The two bichirs share the same little cave. The larger one refuses to leave (except for air) until the lights go off. the smaller one though is always super active, and patrols the tank frequently. I also see it sitting at the front just staring at me.
Its funny how my two oranates differ so much.

I have 2 ornates as well. One is missing a pectoral fin but they are both best of buds. The bigger one, the one missing the fin, is a known cannibal so i have to keep an eye on him when it comes to my other polys..
