I am soon to get from a friend a 3 Tier viv system, with all equipment for £100. Its 53" Tall, 42" Long and 21" Wide. And the middle section has a divider so it is really 4 vivs all built together from proper wood. We are going to have a beardie in the top one, 2 corns in the middle and a corn in the bottom and my BP can stay in his current cage. Its gonna be awesome.

and its true, torts don't do so well in vivs, because of ventilation problems, and the fact that tortoises can't get the concept of glass
