So i ordered a dreampond showtank from koienterprise tonight. Its 750 gallons. Im going to probably heat it with a titanium heater and filtrate it with a DIY above tank filter/"trash can filter". Thanks to Kendragon ive already solved the problem of the heater burning through the liner, im going to put it in the filter. So im stoked about setting this thing up!!! What brand of titanium heaters u guys recommend? Any other cautions about the showtank?

why stay away? know anywhere that has a deal on biotherms w/ controller? I found a few websites but it said they were discontinued

My finned broke after 5-6months. It was always a piece of junk. Got this industrial grade biotherm with ranco controller. Same stuff they use in big operations. Best heater yet

update: got a mag drive 24 for the filter, bought insulation for the bottom, received the pond, BUT it seems that i may have a tiny rat problem in garage. Dont really know though but i wanna make sure they didnt get back in there so they wont eat throught the liner

Watch them rats/mice. They can chew and will...especially if they need water! Good call on taking care of them first
