So when I first got my 90 gallon fish tank, it looked like it could hold a fair amount of fish. So I stocked it with an O, JD, GT, and a Con. Shortly after I learned that is WAY too many fish when they finally grow to be adults. When I got the fish they were just little guys with plenty of space to grow. Unfortunately now my time with two of these fish have come to a close. So Im asking you my fellow monster keepers on which of the four to keep and which to send to LFS (There more than happy to take all if they could) The only fish I know Im going to keep is the O. The other three are a split decision in my book. Now what Im going to do is ask you on which you feel are the best choices to keep or part with.

well, what i CAN tell you is the more you thin the stock out, the more aggression you might see.
So if you want the O, then remove the most aggressive fish first.

So whichever ones have showed more aggression or territorial behavior. Take those to the LFS.
Otherwise, i personally dont think you are overstocked if that is your worry.

i woudlnt say you that overstocked to be honest, as long as u do tank maintenance on a weekly basis id say its fine.

if u really need to get rid of a fish, id get rid of the con or JD.

i dont think that is really overstocked. if you have an aggression issue than remove the most aggro fish other than that i think u should keep them

id keep them all. if aggression builds and one fish starts beating on others then take that one back. then another may pick up were he left off and so on so you may end up with one fish anyway but give it a shot at keeping them.

Not overstocked. You might have to remove things in the tank for space. Any pics of the tank?

I agree w/ the above. If the tank is balanced and none of those fish are showing pure domination maybe add a Mechanical Filter of some sort and do weekly water changes. I have kept all those fish and none of those species seem touchy or sensitive to large scale H2O changes. I would go 50 % + once a week. If you have raised these fish from little on together the chances are much better that they remain Harmonious as long as no breeding behaviors take place. Would be ashame if they ended up in a LFS

The onyl reason you cannot keep all 4 is because of the oscar. If you removed the oscar you could keep the other three. Since you want to keep the oscar I would remove the other three OR if you insist on keeping at least one more dump the green terror and the convict. The green terror (as much as I love them) will probably clobber the JD to death. The convict, while small, will take the beating better than the JD.
