Hi all, you may have seen my recent thread on compatability questions but since my tank is slightly too small i think im guna have to do something else!

i was thinking south american cichlid biotope, the gentle giants sort of thing maybe? or even a slightly more aggressive set-up? looking to keep soem realy nice fish! anyway with 100G what would you do? just looking for stocking ideas really.

With thanks
Matt

1 oscar 1 severum 6 silver dollars and a pleco of some sort! right now i have in my 5 foot 112 is 2 oscars and a pair of cons. works great ( pair of cons are divided though )

thanks for all the advice guys, was definately thinking about plecos anyway but i think its gotta be done now ;)

just thinking of what else i could put in with them? done discus before, was looking for something a lil bigger.
maybe a pair of chocolate cichlids, a trio of geophagus and a pair of severums? or is that too much for the tank with all the plecs?

btw this tank will be sumped so will have massive filtration capacity :)

Matt

fancy plecs are a definate. what other kind of sa cichlid (other than discus)naturally occur with them in the wild?
Thanks
Matt

You could consider some type of Acara, some really nice looking fish in this group from GTs to Krobias a lot to choose from and only moderately aggressive nothing crazy.
