After a brief interlude into saltwater reefing, I'm shifting my focus back to freshwater. Heres what I have as of right now to set up:
120 gallon 4 x 2 x2 tank
Fluval FX5
DIY welded steel stand
Seachem Onyx Substrate
Malaysian Driftwood
and 2 NGTs in grow-out/holding tanks! I'll probably keep the larger one for the 120 and sell off the smaller.
Planned stocking besides the NGT is still up in the air, but I definitely want schools of boesmani and irian rainbows. I'm also thinking about some sort of bichir, though I don't know how that will work out with he rainbows...
The tank will be planted with various hardy plants like anubias, java fern, and large swords for a more natural look.
I'm looking forward to getting it all together very very soon. Pics will surely follow.
