Iwaki pump flow rate rating question

I want to get a Iwaki MD30RLXT

Flow Rate @ 4` Head: 960 GPH
Max Head ft: 13.5


Now, at 4 ft it is rated @ 960 GPH. If I have it at 3 ft. will the flow rate exceed 960 GPH.

OR

Is it that 960 GPH is consistent all the way up to 4 ft, where after the 4 ft mark it then begins to drop due to head height?

The flow rate will be a bit higher at 3' than it will at 4'. As the head increases, the flow will decrease.

thats the same pump im running. At 4 feet with 4 spouts, wide open its like a faucet running full blast.
