i found this product made by api called "ammo lock" supposedly it instantly gets rid of ammonia. i was wondering if this was ray safe? or if anyone with rays has conditioned their water with this??

I say forget that use Seachem Prime. Check with other owners to see if it is ray safe. This product eliminates Ammonia, Chloramine, and Chlorine, and detoxifies nitrite and nitrate. The best water conditioner out there IMO, and it is inexpensive and requires so much less per gallon than others.

well i use amquel for all around water conditioning. but this was just on top of that additive i think. like an extra just for ammonia

I've used AmQuel safely with rays lol.
