so these guys have been tank mate for 4months now ive had my jack for 4 years now and i introduced a power head to my tank about 3 weeks ago and they are tottly scared ****less of me and they hide all day and dont eat i havent turn the damn thing on for two weeks now and i keep the lights off what can i do to keep them from hiding and not eating please help there in a 55gallon with a fluval 405

How big are they each? I've had my gt since he was an inch long, about 6 months ago, and he still is scared of me. If you want them to come out, you could buy a 75 gal. Check your water parameters. Also keep the lights on for the minimal for a bit. That lowers stress. It might be the filter is too loud? Other than that cant think of anything...
