Hi there, i have 2 jack dempseys and they dont look like any on the pics ive seen posted, or on google img search.
they are a dull browny colour, with pure black stripes and bars then they have on there face / head, this electric blue markings on there cheeks, they look superb and are fit and healthy, living with an oscar, blue loach, redhump geophagus and a black ghost knife.
i know that they may not develop there true colours until they are a bit bigger they are at about 5 inches at the moment, living in a 75 gal.
if some one could help me with this id be grateful, i believe they are 2 males one smaller by a bit than the other. but im not certain, the smaller one is lighter in colour and more timid
i know they will have to be separated soon
