I noticed today that my little jd has some problems with his fin. I think he is fighting with the oscars at night. Question is will it grow back?

Pectoral fin? As long as the fin was not completely nipped, it should regrow. Just isolate it from the bullies and do plenty of water changes until the fin recovers.
