How old are they when they usually develope those? Mine have more spots rather than the beard
I definitely see a male or two. But closer pictures would make it easier.
Like jexnell said, the females have a blue beard and males do not. And the females get the blue while fairly small still. Mine was around 3”.

Hard to tell from those pictures, but I would say you have at least 1 female. The fish at the bottom of your fourth picture looks female to me.
