Jack Dempsy Fan UPDATE

Just got back from lfs...and the guys there tell me that jack dempsy's are illegal in Maine but I could get one in New Hampshier. Bummer.......don't remember where I got the one I have. Maybe I will order one online somewhere.
Will keep you posted.......Meanwhile if you guys know where I may be able to order a female online somewhere let me know.

petco's site says not available for shipping to Maine, due to state law. a google search finds a link to this site with someone IN maine selling one.

they aren't really illegal "Reminder: A Wildlife or Fish Importation Permit is required from the Commissioner before any species not listed as “unrestricted” is transported or brought into the State of Maine. This includes any invertebrate not listed as “unrestricted”"
