Jack Dempsy has a large growing Bump on his forehead

Just noticed 5 days ago maybe? Not sure what it is but it appears to be growing slowly. I have changed the water today.

I'll grab some pics soon.

Anyone know what this could be? He is not eating at this time. Maybe after a water change.
