Well figured I'd start one.

Quite the mixed batch growing out in the 150

2x "Rio Miriti-Parana" Temensis

3x "Rio Yucao" Orinos

2x Piquiti

2x 2-spot Kelberis

1x Xingu

As you can see the Xingu is 1/2 the size right now. Hes separated by a divider, but within a week or two he'l be joining the group

Nice I actually have all of the above all about 12''- 14'' also a Brokopondo. You have a nice mix there for sure can't wait to see your future update's.

Do u have pics of the Rio yuca orinos? Thought Jeff rapps said this first time for this collection point. Im curious to see if they turn out Rio meta since it close to there.

I am growing 3 Rio Yucao orinos and from experience with having a Rio Mets orino from Rapps last fall , I can see a color difference. The Rio Yucaos seem to be a more yellow/green color where as my Meta was a more green olive color at the same size.
The Rio Yucao is much more a voracious feeder , eats more and is more personable then my Meta was.

As for growth rate , 2 of my orinos grew a solid inch in 2 weeks and are a fat 2.5 inches now.

To those who say orinos are slow growers , I beg to differ.

Very nice collection should be cool to see in a few months when they start getting some color on them.

I've kept Orino a few Years now and i'd say Orino are slow growers.
