The cyanaguttatum has a shorter/higher body than male. The dorsal and anal fin would extend at least to the end of the cuadal fin.

They look awesome. I've come to beleive you can tell healthy cichlids by the colors on the dorsal and anal fin. OK fish have regular fins, but healthy, awesome fish have that extra shine and iridensene on the dorsal and anal fin.
