around what size do jags start to show there aggression?

My males around 4.5-5" and still not aggresive at all. I think a few factors play part in it. like what tank size, sex and the fish itself some fish are aggro some are not.

i have a male jag 5-6 inches, he gets picked on by my african red zebra. do you believe this will persist?

im trying to figure out if i should get rid of my red zebra. if my jag becomes more aggressive and defends his self i will keep my zebra but if not ,then i have to get rid of him

you shouldn't have an african with a jag anyways. yeah get rid of the red zebra because even if they get along, the jag will out grow it and attack it sooner or later.

bad combination to begin with. the jag will eventually beat the red zebra up and probably kill him

i also have a female jag about 6 inches and the zebra oicks on her to. i confused. the jags are a breeding pair. i do realize it is a bad combo but i wanted to attempt it and they use to get along. so much for that. i also have convicts.
