Look like she has more natural colors now. She might have been that dark in the other tank from not being dominate. You would be suprised how much that can effect their colors. They also change colors when looking for a mate or are breeding.

she does seem interested
 
Jags always get dark when they feel threatened or get picked on and light up when there the boss or comfortable
 
Another possibility is that the substrate and background color differences between the 2 tanks is enough to make her color up differently.

Not sure if that is the case here but figured I'd throw it out there.

It's amazing what kind of a color difference a background and substrate can make on a fish.
