Thinking of redoing my 75.

I already did actually. Angels and Severum, tried something more relaxed.

Its been 4 days and i completely despise it. I need the aggression and interaction.

Wet pet.

Thinking a female Jag, a Midevil, or some other aggressive and interactive species (preferably commonly available) keys being aggressive and interactive

Thanks

4days!
That doesn't give the fish much chance.
I found angelfish full of character. Very interactive and always aware of my presence by the tank.
Any fish could seem boring until it has settled in properly.

Dovi or black nasty

That's a joke right?

Anyways, I agree with Ehh, it's hard to go wrong with amphs personality wise (or so I've been told by everyone). If your looking for something different, my chocolate was very interactive at a small size, though they do get to the bigger side. Also, not SA/CA but very similar, I loved my Paratilopia Bleekeri, usually labeled as a polleni.

I'm assuming your joking...............Right?

In a reg 75 gl, aggressive and most pet stores stock it. Midevil is probably your best bet. Oscar would be on the list as a wet pet. A female jag would work but unless you get her already grown it'll be hard to sex them when small.

Midevil will dwarf that tank in a hurry unless female. Female jag if you truly like the colors would work, but its not like having a male.

My vote would be male red tiger mota. Theyre a little timid like most when small but will liven up once they get size on them. I would just drop the $$ and buy a male from Jeff rapps etc at a decent size. Beauty and aggressiveness packed into a nice 75 for life friendly size.

A find female dovii very appealing and one could live in a 75 for a long time...but ultimately you will need a bigger tank years from now

this, angelfish have some good interaction. My vote would be to go for cichlids in the 5-6 inch range, such as cryptoheros; you'll get interesting behaviours and bickering which should keep you happy lol. Single big fish in a 75 can get boring really quick, plus they won't interact with other fish, they'll just kill them
