Jag Pair?

picked up what I hope to be a male jag (4") the other day to go along with my female (5"). My female was doing the whole picking up rocks/spitting them out, shimmering, etc in front of the new jag for the 1st 2 days together...no fights between the 2 yet which is good. So what do you guys think, have I picked up a male? Or are these 2 females just really fond on one another?

I don't know too much about sexing jags, but the behavior shown in the pictures sure makes them seem like a pair.
