Jag sex?

Hi all, I've had a 12" Jag for a while now and I'm curious as to peoples opinion on its sex.
I said male as soon as I saw it but after seeing some of pops videos I see his female looks very male to me, it's got me thinking.
His/her dorsal and anal fins have no trailers, what do you guys think?
The previous owner tried to breed it with a large male and they had a massive fight resulting in the little blood patch in its eye, all its fins and scales have since healed perfectly.
He is a very greedy confident fish.
Bossed by my Midas but the Midas is bossed by my Oscar but he is bossed by the Jag, I have an odd 3 way hierarchy, never had that before in a cichlid comm.

looks female to me, as a FIY, jag love is a brutal thing. esp if the female is is not receptive.

My confirmed male jag, no trailing fins. My female festae in that pic had much longer dorsal/anal trailing fins than my male jag.

I've never seen a Jag with trailing fins ever. Here's a couple of confirmed males for reference.
I think yours looks male to me.
