What cichlid could I put in the tank with a jag, oscar and gt. They are all babies right now and only about 2 1/2inches each in a 125 gallon which I will be uprgading to a 240 in about 3 to 4 months. I want something around the same temperment and size of them. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I wouldn't add anything right now. I would wait until you have the 240 and then revisit your stock list, by then you may want to go in another direction. If the 240 doesn't materialize for some unforseen reason you'll have a problem.
I will probably get it sooner because I am using my taxes to buy it. I just want to get the fish why they are all still small to give the fish a better chance of getting along. I know that anything can happen with fish. But I want to give it the best chance that I can on my part.
