O.k. this morning i woke up and found my two jags guarding this one spot in the tank and they had moved all the gravel around so that this one spot was bare bottom.....i looked closer and saw about 1-200 tan colored eggs under them....they are both just swimming right above the eggs.....my question is how long until they hatch?? I think i got lucky getting the pair because when i bought these fish i bought the smallest one and the biggest one hoping the big one was the male and the small one was the female and i guess they are lol...both are also kinda small though..."female" is about 4 inches and the "male" is about 5-6 inches...is this normal?? thanks everyone...

Don't get discouraged if this batch something goes wrong.. it is her first time, and his first time and both are immature .. so that said the best thing is..you know you have a pair.. so there will be eventually alot of little jags.. post pics when you can..and good luck!

thank you!! Yea i understand that there is a risk of losing the batch but im glad i know i have a pair!!
