ok after seein all the kool pics of the jags on here
i jus had to get one for myself

but the questions i have is
would a 75g tank be large enough to hold one?
and would i be able to get some tankmates for it?
all the help to makin this a suitable home for it would be greatly appreciated

yes
no, not in 75
keep upon WC's, and FEED!

ok i have a new question about feeding
would it be ok to have a rotation on the food that i feed my jag
i was thinkin a different type of pellet food every 2 days
would this be a good feeding plan

sure y not.
by the way your in for a very cool fish.

but pellets make a mess try frozen(defrosted) fish, cockles, mussels, earthworms, shrimp etc and your jag will grow really fast and have brilliant colour, you can still use pellets just not all the time they need variety:)

A 75g will be suitable for life, but no tankmates.

A 75g would not IMO be suitable for life, especially a male. Female... yea you could probably do it, but selecting tankmates would be difficult at the least.

I just mix 5 or 6 different kinds of pellets in a big jug and shake em up. That way my fish always get variety in every meal.
