There is a guy in muncie indiana at a LFS called angels and more. He has 2 that are about 6" and he wants 30 bucks each for them. Maybe he would ship if you give him a call. They dont look quite as good as the one repair has, but pretty close.

I'll have to see if i can find his card. I did a quick search on the net and nothing came up. The store just changed owners and he may not have the number listed yet. I tried the number of the old store and its been shut off. I'll try to find it, or if you find it somehow ask for troy. Again its called Angels and More. Sorry I couldnt be of more help.
 
Where in Ohio do you live? I'll be in cin. latter this month and my sister kives in Columbus.
