In a dream
When using the stealths, i was always going a size up on the heater. I had a 100 watt in my 10 gal and it was pefectly fine but who knows how accuarate it was. Plan on getting a jager for my 10 gal mini growout and wondering if i should go with the 50 watt or 75 watt. The jager heater seems to hold the exact temp and wondering if the 75 watt will get too hot considering the gal x watt rule?

With jagers, I think you can go pretty light on the wattage. I have 2 150 watt heaters in the sump on my 180. They're more than sufficient even though my house routinely dips below 60 at night. Also had a 150w jager out perform a 300w fluval on a 100 gal in my garage. Better off going with too small a heater than way too powerful. Every heater I've had fail has stuck "on" and ran constantly, never the other way around.

Good info. I ended up going with the 50 watt to be on the safe side.
