My Jaguar and Dovii are playing together in this video. The Jag is older, but the Dovii is already bigger than him? Normal for Dovii to grow that much faster than Jag?

That's not playing, thats the Dovii beginning to establish territory against a similar fish.
Unless your jag is a female, but that doesn't seem like courting behavior to me.
