Jaguar and jack dempsy

Doesn't a Jag need more then 75 gallons full grown? I could be wrong but I could have sworn I have heard they needed at least a 120. Dont hold me to that though.

Is your JD a male, they may pair up and have some hybrid spawn.

Should be OK with a female Jag, a male jag would get too big and may be too aggressive for the JD.

Most cichlid minimum tank sizes are different for male and female, 125 for a male yes, but a female would be fine in a 75 I had a 9" female jaguar a 5" female green terror and a 7" female Texas together in a 90 for years so you could make this work
