Jaguar Catfish Video

Big appetites, they hide alot, but come out to eat if you train them to eat during the day. They arent really aggressive, but they are territorial. They ignore most fish but will fight with other catfish/bottom dwellers if they enter their territory. But they are mostly tolerable of other fish.

Thanks good to know. Sounds like pretty typical catfish behavior. As I expand, one would fit in nicely.

totally missed this thread-

the jaguar cats I have right now are the KING of the tank- they easily kicked the big rapahels I have in there which is 11 inchers plus. and they're only 4-5 inchers and the first hour they were introduced in the tank they immediately zero'd on the biggest caves networks and gave the raphaels the boot. :popcorn:

How do you train them to come out to eat during the day,my five incher will not move unless it is late at night.
