I may be getting one in a couple of weeks and wanted some info on their temperment.

Right now it will be going into a 30 gal with a spotted raph and 2 small bichirs (grow outs) eventually they will be moved to a larger tank this summer

I had one for a while.
You wont see him very often.
They are hiding all the day.
I wouldnt buy him again.
You mean the oncinus cat ?

IME, they are mild-mannered unless a tank mate fits in their mouth. Paranoid hiders, indeed. Appear quite ok with conspecifics but perhaps they'd fight for a hidey hole if it fits only one.
