I am currently planning on breeding jaguar cichlids. I have a 4" Male and Im trying to get some female. When I do get the female what do I do? Is there a chance they wont pair up at all?

I will be surprised if they do not pair up, just toss the female in and get a pot or something jags like pots to breed and lay eggs in

You could put the female in and it may work out fine... Or you could come home from work and find the dead or severely beat up one... I would introduce them using an egg crate divider.. Then nobody gets hurt... Keep it up until you feel they will get along without it....
