Jaguar cichlid had babies

So my jags had babies or should I say laid eggs and the eggs hatched, anyway, whats next they are wigglers now should I leave them with the parents for a cpl weeks? I have a empty 50 gal but and scared my filter will suck em up any tips please

put a sponge over the filter intake and try feeding crushed flakes or bbs
