Jaguar Cichlid Help!!

My Jag looks like there is something wrong with its Anus It is extended out of its body. What causes this and what should I do It is eating and seems to be acting fine.

lol thats its breeding tube not its anus haha, does it have a mate or other fish of the opposite sex that it hangs out with alot? if not it could just be fat, if you feed it too much they can get fat to where their breeding tubes are pushed out

Really it has a breeding tube wow I guess you learn something everyday. No it doesnt have a Mate It is a Male and has been pushing around Alot of rock lately. It is A little fat I have been only feeding it once a day instead of two.
