So I was driving through PA and saw a fish store I've never been too, so me and the wife thought hell! Let's pull over and check it out. As we're walking around the store I see 3 large jaguars cichlids in a 40 gallon!!!! So naturally I asked what's up with these poor fish. They looked miserable as you can imagine. He said sadly a couple days ago they were left in a bucket right outside his shop at night. He found them in the morning. Luckily still alive. Long story short, I had a 180 gallon that was finished cycling and currently trying cycling a 300 gallon which will eventually be thier permanent home! Happy to say they are in the 180 for now and happy as ever and all thier color came back and are thriving!
