I just had a 75 gallon tank given to me . I wanted to know if i can raise a jag and have the room for him to grow to full healthy size.

you could still answer the question. i think it would be ok if it was by its self

a female would be ok, a male would be cramped when full grown IMO

You will also probably not be able to keep anything else in the tank.
