Hi all. I've just bought a breeding pair of Jags from my LFS and need a little help. I put them in the tank yesterday morning. By evening they'd claimed 2/3 of my 125 as their own. This morning they started showing breeding behaviour and by this evening she started laying. All a little fast. Anyway, I look around online and I see the eggs are an orange/tan colour, however mine are coming out white. Is this normal? Can I expect them to change over the coming days or are they bad eggs?

Any views are welcome!:D

I think white means unfertilized..
You'll know for sure if she eats them.

Happy ending to this one :D They turned a little darker and a few went bright white. This evening I've just got home to a bunch of wrigglers that are now being moved into a cave in the tank. So pleased they've mated successfully within a week of getting them!
