Jaguar - Growth Post

Going to use this thread to post pictures of the Jaguar my wife got me on Valentine's Day.

The jag is about 1 1/2" inches long, and is in a 55 gal all by himself. He will go in a 135 gal eventually.

He is being fed frozen bloodworms, frozen brine shrimp, and Hikari Cichlid Gold

Here is an update, putting on some bulk, colors have come out a bit.

He has only grown a little in length

I feed him twice a day, rotating frozen bloodworms, frozen brine shrimp, and crushed up Hikari Cichlid Gold mini pellets. Hopefully in a couple weeks he will be big enough to eat whole pellets

Do you guys think that his caudal fin will heal? I have had him for about a month now and have not seen much in the way of healing.....

Time for another update, the Jag is about 2" now, maybe 2 1/4".

I've never seen this type of fish before! Nice Valentine's Day gift!
