i put a jag in a tank with a large mouth bass and a tiger oscar

the large mouth is going psycho on him and i dont know what to do

PLEEZE HELP!!!!!!!!

I may be wrong but isnt a large mouth a colder water fish ? And isnt going to do well in a tropical setting anyway get rid of it

get rid of the jag, if you want more fish try some more natives

If this is your 55gal. tank, it explains your problem. Isn't your Bass 5"? If your Bass is much larger than the Jag it will try to eat it. You should remove the Jag and the Bass. Both of these fish will outgrow your 55. The Oscar will be pushing it in a 55 by itself. An Oscar IMO should be housed in a 75gal. as a minimum.

largemouth bass can be very very aggro and intelligent..the largemouth will quickly out grow your other fish never mind your tank in less than a year in 82 degrees....your best bet is to get rid of the largemouth...and get a bigger tank for the jag.....
