Jaguar tank mates

Hey MFK so i just bought a 145 gallon and i have a juvenile male 4 1/2' jag.....i desperatley want another fish to live with him...but so far....hes killed any fish his size....is my only option to get a fish bigger than him? there is a GORGEOUS female JD thats 6 inches.....u think it would work out?

Well....uh...i guess...u dont think he will continue to tolerate her once he passes her? That JD wont stay very long in that store.

they might be ok if they are the only two they could pair up and spawn. which would make them compatible tank mates

My Jags and JD's never beef. But they aren't full size adults. Male Jag 10" -Male JD 7"

I say go for it 145 gallons is a lot of space for just two fish.
