I'm overwintering 5 japanese trapdoor snails in a 75 gal tank, and feeding them an invert food recommended by msjinkzd (fron kens). Any way I've noticed some odd behavior lately, at first I thought it was dead as it was laying on the gravel, and hanging out of its shell. When I went to remove it, it slowly closed up, so I put it back in the tank, later when I went to check on it, it was hanging out of its shell again, but before I could remove it one of my cories bumped it and it closed back up. Now 2 hours later it cruising around the tank like nothings wrong! Any ideas?

ive seen my japanese trapdoor snails do this lots before. nothing to worry about. ive had snails do this and nothing happened
