Jaquar cichlid sex?

Not a good picture but I adopted this fish, and it's kinda rough at the moment but was curious on it's sex? It's about 5 or 5 1/2 inches.
Is it even a Jaquar? Lol

It looks to be a Jaguar it seems very stressed, hence the faded coloration, can’t really tell sex.
