i no jars get really aggro towards other jars and have a bad rep for gettin one around 12 inches anyway my question is would introducing a 6-8 inch jar to a 10-12 inch aro cause problems there are other fish in the tan it wouldnt be just them two and its a 220 gallon tank thanks guys

its not guranteed the jar will get aggro though or is it cause ive seen jars with other jars before and the other jars with smaller comm. fish

I have no clue about the compatibility, but you just said you plan on putting 2 aro's in a 220 gallon tank...Not going to work.

If your going to try that mix you'd better plan on having separate tanks to house them in if things go wrong. Also plan an upgrade, a 220g tank is not going to work for a single silver aro let alone multiple arowana. The 220 is just the bare minimum for a single jardini.

People have kept them together successfully but I'd personally wouldn't recommend keeping them together. Silvers are fine together but jardinis are usually very aggressive towards other aros!
