Hey all i have been worried after feeding my 15inch Jar an 4in long crayfish (with its claws removed) whole and after reading the sticky about "possible arowana killers". I worried if my Jar will be able to digest the crayfish and if swallow whole will harm the aro in any way? Is my aro going to make it, it looks normal breathing normal , not gasping and such. I just feed it a few hrs ago. Ill be keeping a close eye on him. Thanks for the help.

it's gonna be fine. I fed my 22" jar bigger crayfish and with the claws still attached and it's fine. if it was to big it would spit it out.

It's a good meal. No worries for I have seen japanese hobbyist feeding their aro with this kinda feed too and I tried on my aros as well. The only side effect is that this kinda feeding will burn a big hole in my pocket.
