i was feeding my 12inch jar today and was giving him his usual diet.. pellets.. he loves it and never leaves a leftover.. just three days ago, i started giving him superworms once again since i have been breeding them.. after he consumed all the pellets, i was teasing him with the worms.. was waiting patiently for me to drop the first one and as soon as i dropped it, immediately finished the worm in one gulp.. that amazed me so i gave him another one.. teasing him further, he still waited patiently until his ample supply of patience ran out 
.. immedietly jumped and grabbed the sw while i was still holding it.. his mouth swallowed around an inch of my pointer finger for a second and let go with the worm in his mouth already.. i was dumbstruck for the first few seconds and amazed there after 
.. all because he bit the sw in my hand without me getting hurt.. i am no stranger to to fish bites.. i've been bitten by my fh a couple of times (see avatar) and they were all bloody 
.. this was my first time and was and is still amazed.. lesson to all planning to hand feed their aro (though i did not had it planned), handfeed your monster all you want while it is still young.. but never do that when it is already mature.. already have seen a lot of people bit by their aros.. but if you are planning to have a battle scar, go try once..
