Jardini and Venz. Pike going at it.....

Yeah my Jardini is like 7-8 inches and my Venz Pike is like 5-6 inches and they continue to squabble with each othe,meanwhile neither 1 is gaining an upper hand,should i get rid of the Pike,or will the Jardini take control sooner or later???

observe if its only a minor fight.. maybe they'll end up being best buds.. but if not, take one out.. one may be found dead one morning..

In the end, I'm pretty sure the jar will own the ven.

I had one ven, and it wasn't all that aggressive. I'm kinda surprised. But, you never know, fish are as individual as you and I.

i agree....if they really hate eachover the jar will kill your pike

My pike and jar leave each other alone. They swim next to each other here and there, but I think it bugs my Jar doing that.

Just be prepared. Pick and choose which fish you want to get rid of ahead of time just in case something breaks out so you wont have to think too much and can just step in if something happens. I would have to say the odds are in favor of the Jar, but like Hawkfish3.0 said, it depends on the fish.

Its been a week ,thier battling has smoothed down ,only once in awhile(if the Jar gets too close to the Pikes rock)I am going to wait,but if it gets a lot worse the Pike is gone.
