JARDINI AROWANA NOT EATING

I recently bought a Pear Jardini Arowana and he has not ate in a couple day, is this normal? my thought is that he is still getting use to the tank and it a little nervous. I've tried everything and nothing is working!!! please post Your ideas on why he isn't eating because I don't want to loose this fish.

I wouldn't worry too much, it's only been 2 days. Give it like another 1-2 days.

Yup he should come around within the next few days, till then make sure waters clean and he's not getting stressed to much.

thats how my jardini was hold off for like 4 or 5 days then feed because he/she is still trying to figure out the tank

How big in inches is your new Jardini, what size tank and any tank mates picking on him. What are you trying to feed him as well, mine at or at least bit at anything moving in the tank. Especially red to orange colors seem to entice them to eat. I currently have a 14" jardini in my 180 gallon, with a wallago cat. They tolerate each other pretty well, right now.
