Jardini arowana

I've been reading online and went to Wikipedia it says for arowana do not have a bare bottom have rocks or gravel or sand but is it true ? It help with drop eye?
Is that true ? I'm wanting to add some stingrays as well but it needs to be bare bottom thanks

What kind of water conditions do arowana need jardini ?
What's there Ph level?
And there tempature?

I've kept mine in a bare bottom tank, just make sure you feed it floating foods, jars don't tent to get DE very easily. be aware that some jars get very aggressive when they get bigger but stingrays are mostly on the bottom so there is a good chance it will be ok

My ph was 7.0 and temp was 80f and I never had any problems, they like a decent amount of flow so maybe add a power head

Depends on if I get the stingry or not if there expensive then I pass and get some nice black sand

It will have to be sand to keep the rays happy but its personal preference if your just keeping the jar

In general, Jars do not get drop eye. Silvers almost always do after a certain size.
