i have a 8'x2'x22" tank sitting in my garage... ive been tempted to start it up because i have never had the opportunity to have such a monster tank. ive kept jardinis in the past and that is one of the fish i have always loved to keep. i currently have a 55g planted discus tank...

my question is... can i have a jardini community tank in the 200gal? i was thinkin about 5-6 jardinis... and maybe feifeng, rtgg, and red parrots...

200 gallons is pretty much only enough for one full grown jardini let alone 5 or 6 and plus its rare to be able to keep jardinis with each other without them killing one another.

true that would be alright for now wait until there 1 foot i bet there gonna kill everything in da tank O_O

red parrots would do, i seen some of the mix before,
but only if you have them together when they are juvis.

and 5-6 jardinis? may not be a good mix,
but you could try it. i havent heard alot of sucess stories with that

Somebody here started with community of 8 jardinis & many of them (aros:D) died with different reasons as he wrote later.

Why don't you have community of a single Jar, Silver and few other compatible fishes like BP?

i keep seeing asian aro comms... and me being a californian does not have access to or the money to buy 5+ asian aros, so i thought maybe jars would be cool... i guess i would have to scratch that idea. thanks everyone
