Jardini growth rate????

What is the normal growth rate for Jars,are they slow growers or fast???

I got mine when it was 22" and was told it was 4 years old.

i got mine at 4" in november 07
now he is 13"+ or so (it is an approximate length)
and i feed him earthworms, dried shrimp, ghost shrimps, beef heart, and chicken heart

Nothing crazy if you dont feed alot of feeders.

when i had mine he grew like crazy.....got rid off him coz he killed most of his tankmates....and because i found a silver aro

So its safe to say they grow pretty quickly??
