Jardini growth rate?

Just wondering is anyone knew the approx. growth rates of Jardini aro's? I know Silvers grow like weeds. Is it the same with Jar's, or are they a bit slower growing? I searched the stickies, and several threads, but couldn't find an answer to this one. I'm curious as to how long before a 5" Jar becomes an 18" jar.

Any input is always appreciated.

Mine prob got from 5" to 18" in about 20/24 months , then slowed down and started to fill out thicker and wider , he's 6 yr old now and about 20/21" , suppose depends on diet , tanksize , water quality
 
Thanks guy. So they still grow quickly. With your experience, and anyone else who feels like chiming in for that matter: how long would a 5" Jar be ok in a 120 high (60"L x 18"D x 24"H)? I have a 180, but it's going to house a few other fish soon.....
 
Yeah, I know. I was going to use the 120 as a grow out since the ones I'm looking at are around 5" right now. It would also give me time to figure out what I am going to do with the other stock in the 180 if it comes down to it. My Gar and Clown knife are big enough to get transferred, so I'll probably do that this weekend.
 
Id say it'll.be ok for year or so , going of past experience , two foot depth would have been better for grow out but not the end of world its only 5" you've got time to think of options , just concentrate on getting it fed up and coloured up for now (raw prawns are a winner I've found ) :D
 
Ganyan rin sa jardini ko 6" pala 2months old medyo nababagalan ako sa growth niya nakakainis nga eh kasi lagi siya na iisstress sa mga tankmate niya dati kayo nilipat ko na sila ngayon
